Lili 申请逐项填写参考

Lili 面向小企业和自由职业者的美国在线银行。中国开发者注册 US LLC 后，准备好文件可以申请 Lili 商业账户。下面按申请表字段列推荐填法，按自己情况改。

1. 开始申请

  1. Lili 官网选 International founders / Non‑US citizen 通道，填姓名、邮箱、密码。
  2. 是否美国居民、是否有 SSN/ITIN → 选非美国居民、无 SSN。
  3. 公司类型选 LLC，公司名和 Articles of Organization 完全一致。
  4. 护照作主身份证明，按提示拍照或上传扫描件。

2. 基本信息

2.1 个人信息

  • Legal first name / last name：护照英文名。
  • Date of birth：月/日/年。
  • Country of citizenship：China。
  • Personal residential address：中国真实居住地址（英文格式）。别填虚拟邮箱或注册代理地址。
  • Phone number：中国手机号，加 +86。
  • Mailing address / card shipping address：实体借记卡只寄美国地址。可用虚拟邮箱或转运的美国地址，先确认能转寄到中国。

2.2 公司信息

  • Business legal name：和 LLC 文件一致，如 “Rockhammer Labs LLC”。
  • Business address：州文件里的公司地址（Registered agent，即 doola 提供的地址）。
  • Operational address：实际运营地，中国地址英文格式。别用注册代理或虚拟邮箱。
  • Business entity type：LLC。
  • State of formation：Wyoming 或你的注册州。
  • Date of formation：Articles 上的成立日期。
  • EIN：IRS 发的号码。
  • Industry：Software/IT Services 或类似。
  • NAICS code：541511 (Custom Computer Programming) 或 541512 (Computer Systems Design) 等软件类。
  • Business phone：Google Voice、Skype US 号码，没有就填个人手机号。
  • Website：公司域名，网站要能打开，有隐私政策和服务条款。

3. 业务描述

3.1 What do you sell? Is it a product or a service?

参考答案：

We sell software tools for Etsy sellers and digital creators. ReadyPrintable, our SaaS product, helps users generate print‑ready files, mockups and listing assets. We provide software subscriptions and do not manufacture or resell physical products.

软件/SaaS，不卖实体，别写 AI agent 或敏感行业。

3.2 To whom do you sell? How do you market it? What is the location your business serves?

参考答案：

We sell to Etsy sellers, online creators and small businesses. Customers discover us through our website, search engines, social media and online communities. We serve customers worldwide, primarily in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and Europe.

3.3 Why did you choose to do business in the US?

选 Yes，说明 SaaS 客户遍布全球。

选 Yes，填 “China, Shenzhen”。美国没实体办公室就如实说远程运营。

3.8 What is the purpose of this account?

选 General operating，别选 Merchant payment facilitation 等高风险用途。

3.9 What are your expected funding sources?

选 Owner(s) contributions。没有风投或贷款就别选那些。

3.10 How will you fund your account?

勾选 Transfer from a bank account 和/或 Transfer from a payment platform。香港银行转入就准备好银行名称和账户信息。

4. 上传文件

  1. Company documents：Articles of Organization（或 Certificate of Formation）。文件里没有你名字的话，加签字的 Operating Agreement 证明你是 owner。
  2. Passport：清晰扫描或拍照。
  3. Address proof：近三个月银行账单或水电单，中文名（拼音）+ 中国地址；中文账单附英文翻译。
  4. BOI filing confirmation（如有）。
  5. Lili 追加要网站、合同样本等，配合提供。

5. 提交后

  • 审核通常几个工作日，补件会发邮件。
  • 通过后拿到 routing number 和 account number，绑 Stripe 用。
  • 实体 Visa 借记卡寄美国邮寄地址，约 7–14 天；确认地址能收并转寄。
